The Rotary Foundation Sustaining Member Pledge Card

In consideration of my interest in sustaining the programs of The Rotary Foundation, and in consideration of the Foundation's promise to use this gift to support the Annual Programs Fund, I would  like to  be a Rotary Foundation Sustaining Member.

I pledge to make gifts of $_________________ per quarter.  I understand that this will be included on my quarterly club invoice and can be discontinued at any time notifying the club treasurer.

Setting up Members Only Registration Instructions:

To use the Members Only section a member must first register. To register a member can click “Register Now!”

The registration form requires the member’s email address and asks the member to select an access password.

A completed registration request is routed to the Administrator. If the form submitter is an actual club member, the Administrator approves the registration. A confirmation email is sent to the registering member.
The member can then login using the email address and password supplied in the registration form.

If a password is forgotten, the member can click “Forgot your Password?” link or http://www.vinelandrotary.com/Members/forgotLogin.asp  where he/she can enter their email address and their password gets emailed to him/her automatically.

Registered members can setup their own BIO pages on the web site. BIO pages are moderated. Changes to BIO pages get routed to the Administrator for approval before going live on the site.
