Rotaract is a Rotary-sponsored service club for young men and women ages 18 to 30. Rotaract clubs are either community or university based, and they’re sponsored by a local Rotary club. This makes them true "partners in service" and key members of the family of Rotary.

As one of Rotary’s most significant and fastest-growing service programs, with more than 7,000 clubs in about 163 countries and geographical areas, Rotaract has become a worldwide phenomenon.

All Rotaract efforts begin at the local, grassroots level, with members addressing their communities’ physical and social needs while promoting international understanding and peace through a framework of friendship and service.

Assist in organizing Interact clubs or mentor Interactors
Participate in Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA)
Become Rotary Foundation Ambassadorial Scholars or Group Study Exchange (GSE) team members
Seek membership in their local Rotary club

Vineland Rotary club is proud to announce the birth of the Cumberland County College Rotaract club, and the installation of its new officers. This wonderful event takes place at the Cumberland County College George P. Luciano center. The event was the culmination of over 8 months of vigorous efforts led by Vineland Rotary club president Betsy Frank and Melanie Druziako who is Vineland Rotary club's liaison to Rotaract club. Dave Schad of Vineland Rotary club led the attendees at the Pledge of Allegiance and the Four Way Test. Victoria Druziako of Vineland High School Interact club and Julia Frank of Tricounty Community Interact sang the National Anthem.

Carl Kirstein of the Vineland Rotary Club led the invocation. After Dinner, Ralph Owen, Rotary District Governor of district 7640, and member of Washington Rotary club spoke to the group.

That was followed by Presentation of Members by Melanie Druziako, and signing of the new Cumberland County College Rotaract club charter led by Nancy Gulick of the Camden Rotary club, and the Rotaract district director.

Ralph Owen and Nancy Gulick presided over the installation of officers, followed by kind remarks from Dr. Thomas Isekenegbe, the Cumberland County College Rotaract Advisor, and soon to be the acting Cumberland County College President.

Jared Talarico, president of the new Cumberland County College Rotaract club spoke to the group, and was followed by presentation of gifts to the CCC Rotaract club by Betsy Frank. Gifts included a new CCC Rotaract club banner.
